If you are trying to work out whether any of this is for you, the free AI Skills Assessment answers that better than we can in an email, and the course catalog lists what is available now versus planned. None of that requires an account.

What to include, by reason for writing

Refunds and billing: Every course carries a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Email us from the address you purchased with and we will refund in full — you do not need to justify it. If a payment failed or you were charged twice, include the last four digits of the card and the approximate time, and we can find the transaction from that.
Course access problems: Access runs for 90 days from the date of purchase. If you have paid and the course is still locked, the most common cause is being signed in with a different email than the one used at checkout — worth checking before you write. If it is not that, tell us the email you paid with and roughly when, and we will sort it out.
Teams and B2B: We price teams of five or more separately, with cohort onboarding, group progress reporting, and case studies rewritten for your industry. Useful things to include: team size, roughly what people do, and what you want them to be able to do afterwards. That last one matters more than the first two.
Something you think we got wrong: Corrections are welcome and we would rather hear them than not. If a tool has changed, an exercise grades badly, or a claim looks unsupported, send it over — pointing at the specific lesson or prompt helps.
